The Core Team at FoodTrailerClub
Illya Rijnberg – Co-Founder & Hospitality Specialist
Illya founded Food Trailer Club based on his passion for craftsmanship, mobility, and hospitality. After decades of entrepreneurial experience in interior design, furniture, and wellness, he started building food trailers in 2015.
Now based at Château Viviez in southern France, he continues to guide projects across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, while also serving clients from all over Europe.
With his eye for comfort and quality, Illya helps ensure each trailer meets both practical needs and aesthetic expectations.
Chen Yi – Co-Founder & Operations Lead (Legal Representative)
Chen Yi combines creativity and structure at Food Trailer Club. With over ten years of experience in design, 3D modeling, and technical drafting, she ensures that every project—from concept to execution—runs smoothly. She is responsible for internal project management, visual presentations, and day-to-day coordination for clients across Europe.
At Food Trailer Club, we combine design, experience, and hands-on testing to deliver food trailers that help entrepreneurs grow across Europe.
