SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRAILERS

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Food Trailer!

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and will fully enjoy your new trailer.

When used correctly in accordance with our SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, we guarantee that your trailer is free from structural manufacturing defects.

To meet the warranty conditions, please adhere to the following criteria and follow the safety instructions.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE ENTERING THE TRAILER
  • Secure the jockey wheel firmly in place before disconnecting the trailer.
  • Lower and lock all four stabilizer legs securely before entering the trailer.
  • Use the handbrake or wheel chocks when the trailer is parked.
  • Wait at least one hour before plugging in the refrigerator or freezer.

IMPORTANT: Staying inside the trailer while driving is strictly prohibited. This can result in serious injury or death.

DO NOT MOVE THE TRAILER UNLESS:
  1. The hitch is properly attached and locked to the tow ball.
  2. The jockey wheel is stowed away before driving.
  3. The safety chains are correctly attached to the towing vehicle (we recommend crossing the chains at the vehicle’s D-rings).
  4. All four stabilizer legs are fully retracted.
  5. The tires and wheels have been inspected:
    • Regularly check tire pressure.
    • Recommended pressure: 45 psi per tire.
  6. All doors and windows are locked before driving.
  7. Cabinets and loose items are secured.
  8. The load inside the trailer is evenly distributed and properly secured.
  9. The trailer’s lights (brake lights, indicators, and side lights) are connected and functioning.

BEFORE USING THE WATER SYSTEM
  1. Fill the water tank (under the chassis) with a garden hose until water flows from the top opening.
  2. Connect your trailer to a suitable power source.
  3. Plug the electric faucet into the outlet under the sink.
  4. Briefly open the cold water tap to fill the system and check water flow.
  5. Turn on the electric faucet for instant hot water.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Always turn off the electric faucet when not in use to prevent overheating or unnecessary power consumption.
  • Never let the water system run dry, as this can damage the pump and electric faucet, causing a malfunction.
  • If the electric faucet does not heat or the water flow is limited, check the water pump and ensure there is no air in the system.

GAS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
SAFE HANDLING AND USE OF GAS CYLINDERS
  1. Secure the gas compartment: Always lock the gas compartment in public spaces to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.
  2. Check for leaks: Use soapy water to check gas connections and hoses for leaks before use. Never use an open flame to test for leaks.
  3. Ensure proper ventilation: Install gas cylinders in a well-ventilated area and secure them to prevent movement during transport or use.
  4. Operate gas valves properly: Open and close gas valves carefully and ensure no gas leakage.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY:
  1. Immediately close the gas valve if a leak is suspected.
  2. Cease all activities involving open flames and evacuate the area.
  3. Notify all staff and place warning signs to keep others away.

RECOMMENDED SAFETY MEASURES:
  • Equip the trailer with a fire extinguisher and a gas leak detector for emergencies.
  • Regularly maintain gas hoses, valves, and regulators to ensure they are in good condition.
