Buyer's Guide

Thank You for Choosing Our Trailers!

To ensure you have a pleasant purchasing experience and are familiar with our policies, we recommend carefully reading the guide below.

1. Determine Your Needs

Before making a purchase, we recommend assessing your specific requirements:

  • Usage: Is the trailer intended for food service, a mobile shop, or another purpose?
  • Functionality: What equipment do you need (e.g., refrigeration units, cooking equipment, advertising lights)?
  • Dimensions: Choose a size that matches the scale of your business.

If our current models do not fully meet your needs, we offer customization services, including design, additional equipment, and layout optimization.

2. Order Options
  • In Stock: Trailers in stock can be picked up immediately.
  • Customization: For custom models, the production time is usually 12-16 weeks, depending on your specific requirements.

3. VAT (Value Added Tax)
  • Customers within the EU:

    • If your business is located in another EU country and you have a valid VAT number, we apply the reverse charge mechanism. You do not need to pay VAT.
    • Invoices will state “VAT reverse charged” or “BTW verlegd.”
    • Ensure your VAT number is valid (check via the VIES tool).
  • Customers outside the EU:

    • For export orders, we do not charge VAT, but you must provide the necessary export documents.
  • Customers in Belgium or without a valid VAT number:

    • All prices include Belgian VAT (21%).

4. Payment and Contract
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and other secure payment methods.
  • Deposit: For custom orders, we require a deposit of 30%-50%, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
  • Contract Terms: After order confirmation, you will receive a contract detailing the product specifications, price, delivery time, and warranty terms.

5. Delivery and Transfer
  • Delivery Options:

    • Self Pick-Up: You can personally pick up and inspect the trailer.
    • Home Delivery: We calculate transport costs based on your location (approximately €1.50 per kilometer) and offer a suitable transport solution.
  • Pre-Delivery Inspection: You must inspect the trailer in person or confirm via photos and videos before it is delivered.

  • Transport Insurance: We recommend obtaining transport insurance to protect against potential damages during transit.

6. After-Sales Service
  • Warranty:

    • All trailers come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues but excluding damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Repair Service:

    • Repairs within the warranty period are free of charge.
    • For repairs outside the warranty, charges apply.
    • For on-site repairs beyond a reasonable distance (e.g., more than 100 km or 2 hours driving), additional transport costs will be charged.
    • We provide spare parts and can assist in finding a local repair service.

7. Complaints and Disputes
  • Complaints Handling: If you have any questions or concerns about our products or services, please contact us at:

  • Dispute Resolution: For international customers, we recommend using the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for resolving cross-border disputes.

8. Important Notes
